Contact25 was established in 2004 as a trading name of Jukebox Marketing Ltd. It initially started because we wanted to change the way people network. Many traditional networking events are simply not geared up to doing business. They are populated by the same attendees which means that once you've been networking for a while you find yourself talking to the same people.
The onus is left on you, the networker to 'work the room'. You have to be skilled in the art of leaving conversations as well as instigating new ones. Even if you have these abilities you must also possess the tenacity to create new business with the contacts you meet.
We think there is a better way to mix people together and recognise that the reason they are there is to generate opportunities. The solution is speed networking.
