Event Returns

In the event that you have to pull out of a Contact25 booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we are pleased to offer you a free pass to a subsequent event of the same type subject to availability, or a full refund.

 

If your cancellation is received less then 3 days before the date of the event, a free pass or a full refund will be offered at the discretion of the Company Management.

 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Contact25 experience, a free pass or a full refund will be offered without hesitation.
